Vinted - mi cuenta esta muerta......dead account

estoy con vinted 3 años. primeros años bien, pero 12 meses mi cuenta es invisible. Nadie se ver, nadie tiene interes. Por eso tengo que quitar mi cuenta y olvidar Vinted.

I have had my account for over 3 years but the last year its as if my account is blocked because its dead, not one interest, no messages, nothing. Give me a solution please so that I can stay or I will go somewhere else, thanks.
